They have the valet trash system which is very convenient. Maintenance team does an amazing job and readily available, I never had to wait more than a day for non urgent matters. April 18, 2025I feel quite privileged of having been able to find such beautiful place to start a new journey in life, where to feel safe and enjoy the perks of working hard. I love the common areas, the staff, and the convenient access to freeway. It is a strategic location away from the shopping and summer beach crowds but close enough to both. March 31, 2025I toured with my partner this past Saturday and just want to shout out Brittany. We arrived to our appt a little late due to some traffic and she was very patient and still accommodating in helping us see the unit we were interested.
