They have the valet trash system which is very convenient. Maintenance team does an amazing job and readily available, I never had to wait more than a day for non urgent matters. I love the common areas, the staff, and the convenient access to freeway. It is a strategic location away from the shopping and summer beach crowds but close enough to both.
