We had a water leak issue in our unit and he was on top of it within the same hour. He assessed the water leak and solve our problem in a professional manner. He was very kind, explained everything in details. We are very happy with his services. Living in Windsor in the last few months has been a good experience so far. The staff are friendly, the property is well maintained, the ...community minds their business which is not a bad thing, and we're overall happy living in this property. They have the valet trash system which is very convenient. Maintenance team does an amazing job and readily available, I never had to wait more than a day for non urgent matters.
