We had a water leak issue in our unit and he was on top of it within the same hour. He assessed the water leak and solve our problem in a professional manner. He was very kind, explained everything in details. We are very happy with his services. Living in Windsor in the last few months has been a good experience so far. The staff are friendly, the property is well maintained, the ...community minds their business which is not a bad thing, and we're overall happy living in this property. October 1, 2025Amazing location, and great place to stay with proximity to all amenities, shopping centers, highway access etc. The place is quiet, serene, safe and clean. They have the valet trash system which is very convenient. Maintenance team does an amazing job and readily available, I never had to wait more than a day for non urgent matters. We arrived to our appt a little late due to some traffic and she was very patient and still accommodating in helping us see the unit we were interested.
