June 27, 2025I have had 2 apartments and in the first one the tenants above me had hug dogs and it was horrible because you could hear them running accross the ceiling as well as every move they made. Just recently moved to 2nd apt where there are no neighbors above but the neighbors across the whole refuse to put their trash in the bin that the valet trash provides. They put the trash out early in the am most times so it sits in the heat. It's disquisting because it attracts flies and rodents this has been ...mentioned several times and they ignore management! Then there is all the things that are on tenants balconies all sorts of tacky things. People drying clothes, storage items again ignore management. Love my personal space but embarrassed to bring visitors over because of all of this.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025My overall stay is okay. There are lots of things on tenants balcony that looks tacky. Folks are drying clothes and all sorts of things. I just recently transferred to another unit due to noise above me. The maintenance crew doesn't speak English so it hard to communicate when there is an issue. So there are many improvements that could be made. I lived at Windsor property for almost 5 years. I came from Windsor galleria and they didn't allow all of the things that go on here.Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2024Danny (the maintenance staff) walked us through the unit upon move in showing us the final touch us to the apartment so (I.e. any last minute touch ups or wet paint if any). We also had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the functionality of the brand new appliances and pending maintenance/painters job ticket that was still open to patch the wall in the laundry room. I have been with this community (Westbridge) going on ten years now and Danny’s professionalism and compassion upon my ...move in gave a great welcome home feeling and reminded me why keep calling Westbridge my home. Danny does an an outstanding job and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done correctly the driest time, and really makes you feel like you are living within a community. I cannot forget the office staff Stefany as well. The craziness of organizing the logistics the day of the move she made sure everything was checked off, switched over, and signed correctly before keys were given. This I couldn’t thank her enough for. She has always been a polite, and cheer figure in the management office at Westbridge not matter what kind of matter you bring her way. She has always tackled it with professionalism and a calm and collective head. Both Danny and Stefany are to amazing rockstars and definitely make living at Westbridge feel like home.
