December 15, 2025My water heater first went out this summer. At that time, the pan under the drum was full of water. Instead of replacing the heater, a band aide was done. Since then this heater has stopped working another 4 times. The last time was twice in one week. Again, instead of replacing the heater a band aide was done. I guess you're waiting for it to completely flood the kitchen. At which point I will make sure my insurance company knows all of the maintenance requests that I have put in concerning this ...same issue and your failure to properly fix it the first time. I've been in my unit going on 10 years and it was not new when I moved in. Life expectancy is 8-12 years for a water heater.Property Manager Responded

October 21, 2025Not sure why a hose was left on high for several days draining into a high foot traffic area. The water was pooling against an electrical transformer on the ground. It also made it a very slippery and muddy experience when walking to the gym entry.Property Manager Responded

August 13, 2025Before I moved here, I looked extensively and most places at this price range have poor management and bad pest reviews, when I looked into this community I was surprised by the lack of negative comments, at least about the important stuff. Just been here for a couple of weeks but so far everything has gone smoothly, I needed help fixing the garbage disposal and the response was quick and effective. The trash gets picked up when is supposed to, they send reminders about the rules thru email. And ...I haven’t had any issues about loud music or disturbances.
