Visited the property, and it exceeded everything I've seen before, the poolside was incredible, and the gym too. Chelis walked us through, and he was really knowledgeable of the property, and also very friendly. This one is definitely a hidden Gem.

Not worth the money

I have lived here for 8 months, and had experienced multiple power outages and one water outage . Garage door never worked properly. For several months, it was left open . Another time, a double door in the hall way is locked, probably due to power outage , and I can’t reach anyone. I ended up climbing multiple sets of stairs just to find an alternate route back to my unit. I had been patient. I mean , the apartment is brand new, surely they must have felt sorry and are working to improve ...

it . I can understand. I am usually not the type to complain. Besides, all staff working here are very friendly. Until today, I am changed for $100 for a piece of sticker that I need to display as parking permit. It’s a one Square inch paper sticker that doesn’t cost them anything. Even though I’m paying for parking every month and there are no way anyone can go in and out with without a garage door opener. It’s not like I can give the sticker to another person to park here for free. This just tells me management doesn’t even care that they’ve cost so much inconvenience to their residence. My advice , do not trust the 5 star ratings. That’s basically from someone just seeing how new the department is and never lived here
