The staff here are friendly and helpful. Other than that, it's just ok to reside here. To many people are smoking in a non-smoking building. As for the maintenance request, no work has been done to my knowledge, for me to give a proper review. The request was for the vendors that were cleaning the windows, for them not to miss cleaning my windows as they do every year they are hired to clean all windows of the apartment building.

Great location for public transit — Muni buses and light-rail, Cal Train. Easy to get taxis, ride share, Waymo. Lots of neighborhood and nearby services. Less traffic and congestion. One of the sunniest and warmest neighborhoods in the city. Good quality of life.

Living here is ok. The biggest problem I have is that people keep smoking. Every night or every other night, there is Marijuana smoke coming in through my closet or it's coming in through my apartment door from the hallway. These people that live above me on the third floor and whomever it is on the second floor has no consideration of others or the leasing rules. I just smelled it this morning on 03/29/2024 at 6am.

Natallia has been very helpful in reaching out to get me into an apartment at Dogpatch. I like the amenities and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. For myself, I love the location because I can walk to work and public transportation is very convenient. Since I was new to San Francisco, I wad initially shocked by the rental cost, but having been in the city for a while, it seems to be within the norm.
