November 16, 2022This location should be embarrassed. The only time your treated well is in your first tour. They avoid going in the bathrooms by the gym because they are unkept to the point of not having toilet paper. There is always something broken water heater, trash compactor and the Coffee machine usually broken and has a ridiculous time limit. The pool is not warm enough and the jacuzzi isn’t hot enough. I have literally found dog poop in the hallway. All the dogs here poop on the side walk and nobody ...picks up after the dogs. You can hear everything from upstairs apartments. The hallway rugs are dirtier then a 2star hotel. Sun hits the pool only in certain times. It’s location is okay if you need to jump on the highway to go to work but it being so closed to the gardens traffic is ridiculous all the time. If you eat out every night this is the place for you not only do they have food trucks there’s is atleast 20 restaurants within walking distance. Which is best to walk because there is no parking there. If anyone gives this place a 5 they are lying they over charge parking. Take forever to do anything. And it’s so dirty. I also think for what i am paying it would atleast have better maintenance, parking and staff. I can’t wait till my lease is over.Property Manager Responded

Not worth it!!!
August 21, 2019I’m a resident at this location. For the amount of money we pay, we should feel secure here with night security or a police detail from the city of Pembroke Pines. Yesterday morning at least four of our cars were broken into and management has done nothing for us at this “luxury” property. They even had the gall to make it seem like it was our fault despite them having the garage gate open most of the time. I got a chance to speak with eleven other residents, they all said one thing, they are ...looking for a new place to stay. There is NO safety or consistency at this location. Almost every week the Pembroke Pines cops get called for different reasons. The garage gate is usually open. On top of this, we have new staff every other day!!!!! For a place that limits the number of guests you can have at the pool, kicks you out of the pool immediately at sunset, charges an arm and a leg for your parking spots (charges more for covered sopots), requires guest parking registrations on an app to avoid towing, this place does not have their priorities straight given the strain they have put their residents thru while having negative outcomes such as preventable theft.
