Mice infested!!!
April 21, 2024Do not move here!! At first I though this was an okay place to live until they changed management and my rent went up 200.00 every year for two years straight.. in 2023 the pipes from my second floor bathroom were leaking and mold began to form on my ceiling… the office manager would not admit that it was mold no matter how many times I asked him.. when maintenance went in to fix the problem they found that mice had eaten through the pipes… I was Soo disgusted.. I believe the only reason they ...didn’t come into my home is bc of my cat… After that issue was fixed the mice ate through the internet/cable cords outside of my home twice within three months… I’ve been counting down the days until I can move out… mice, mold, and management that doesn’t care isn’t worth the headache so don’t waste your money!!!Property Manager Responded

Great Place To Live
April 1, 2019I have lived here for over 3 years now and the place is great. Quite neighborhood and reserved parking are the best. Office and maintenance staff are the best I’ve had. I move a lot due to being in military and this is by far the best place I’ve lived so far. Maintenance is very quick to get things fixed (I’ve only had 3 trouble calls) and if it can’t be fixed they replaced it with a new appliance. Easy access to the base and to not far from city center. August 10, 2015When I first moved into this complex two years ago it was very reasonably priced for the area as well as amenities. The complex doesn't offer much and the Townhomes are very old. They have went up on the rent every year without bringing anything new or even upgrading the units. When something is wrong within the units they take from an empty unit and bring it to you.Review from Apartments.com
