This property does not have proper security, it is bedbug and cockroach infested, all but the office, maintenance steals and is incompetent, the disabled and handicapped persons are treated with great indignity, and HUD will not answer or investigate any complaints against the owner and manager. Its pathetic. dirty, and you can not view an apartment prior to renting.
