The maintenance staff does an excellent job. They have quick response time professional, and have complete understanding when given a task .
Anything required from office staff is time consuming, chaotic , and no one seems to have any understanding of getting a request complete.

Super Maintenance team!
I have had two maintenance issues, and they were both handled promptly and efficiently!
The third issue with the patio vertical blinds breaking has not been fixed, but my request was acknowledged by the head of maintenance . I was assured they would be corrected as part of a bigger replacement project. I am ok with that as my living room faces the waterway and we don't mind peeping ducks!

Apartments are nice, but not really for the price. Neighbors are friendly, and it is a safe area. The maintenance guys are nice, and the newer ones seem to really care. The staff inside is not great, but Elizabeth and Karyn help make that better.

Nice quiet neighborhood for the most part. Office and maintenance are helpful most of the time. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and responde times are swift. Community events every month are a nice touch.

Comfortable and mostly quiet community. Management puts on fun events and friendly contests for neighbors . Maintenance team always gets things done quick and efficiently. Woodhaven is a great place to live.
