The buildings and rest area are in a very poor condition with a long time needed painting, repairs and new grass around the complex. The gates in many places are broken and cannot provide the security for the tenants. My friends moved in to this apartment around 6 years ago and the quality of customer service and complex condition was like day and night if compare with the current situation.
