Terrible service and place to stay
March 10, 2022They have terrible and disrespectful managment and maintenance services. Poor parking and does not make everyone get a parking sticker. Only tow away the cars they seem to choose and will not open the pool back up.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible customer service
October 19, 2015I reached out to this apartment complex to inquire about the availability of the 1 bedroom apartments. The young lady (the only one there) responded that there were some available and I could come the same day to go get an application and view the apartment. She assured me that she would let me know if there were any changes in the availability by calling me back with an update. I arrive to discover no apartments available and she claims that she never spoke on the phone to me. After finally ...getting her to admit she spoke to me (because she was the only one there) she simply shrugged and came up with the excuse that she was just "so busy" that she was not able to get back to me.
