March 13, 2025They need more maintenance on staff and as old as the apartments are they really need not patch-up jobs done but a complete over-haul renovation especially with windows & stackable washer/dryer replacements. My washer/dryer is probably 20 years old.Property Manager Responded

January 17, 2025Very old apartment structure, bathroom needs an upgrade from the 1980's. Pest issues, windows need to be replaced due to drafts and windows rattle ehrn it's windy and causes high electric bills especially now since it's cold. My electric bill was an average of $39-$48 between June and December now it's $138 !Property Manager Responded
