He was friendly, courteous, and went the extra mile to find a bulb that would work in my side-by-side. This certainly spared me having a dark refrigerator for days. To be honest, I didn’t have much faith that my needs would be met in a timely manner living in an apartment .Ive heard horror stories from other’s experiences. I would like to thank York Plaza’s maintenance team for going above and beyond. I had low water pressure but didn’t complain but then the kitchen faucet started to have a slow leak and I could get cold water( I think it was stripped and it was very old so it had been around long before I moved here) I placed a ...request and again didn’t have high expectations. While I was out they came in to not only repair it….they replaced it. I actually cried! It felt so good to have them know when you upgrade an old faucet when it couldn’t be fixed.
