Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in worst service Britany was supposed to get back with me months ago about getting out of my lease because the apt was so bad smelt of mold leaked in the back yard kept telling me all was ok but just now they finally send someone to look for the leak and yep it’s coming from my neighbors house so it’s obviously been leaking into mine the apt was terrible when I got it not clean at all and the worst manager ever nothing gets down they don’t answer emails or messages ...

Long time resident here, I will say this was by far the worst experience ever, and I’m only considering the last six months. They switched management companies and from there it has completely went downhill. They went up on rent without any improvements. Everything is dated, they never answer the phone, maintenance is a joke. I do not recommend to anyone.

The apartment complex is pretty nice. It is not a new complex but they have 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms which is nice. When I first moved in 15 years ago their were hardly any kids. Now it has turned into a family neighborhood. We even have a policeman who lives in the complex which gives comfort. The maintenance crew does a great job. I really don't have anything bad to say.

I lived at young mills apartment and overall it was a great experience I only had one tiny problem and it was my frigerator which was replaced very quickly. They are very nice people in the office who love there residence.
