May 4, 2026I moved in several years ago after moving to Dallas from Texarkana for a job opportunity. This was a very nice and quiet apartment complex. Its the type where you never see the police because there are not disturbances or domestic issues requiring them to respond to this complex. It is quiet and peaceful since its filled with people who are local professionals working in telecom alley. Theres a beautiful pool to relax in. There are great amenities. There is also a beautiful old growth forested ...park with a flowing creek and trails cutting through the complex. Every evening you can place your trash can outside your door and a service empties it for you. The grounds are kept clean and maintained. It has been 6 years now that I've stayed here. This complex is full of adults that respect themselves, thier neighbors and community. Thats why I've become comfortable and stayed. If you work at any of the professional companies around from Texas Instruments to Ericsson or Cisco move hereProperty Manager Responded

February 19, 2026We love it here! Friendly staff, great location, and wonderful walking paths. There are pros and cons everywhere you live. Maintenance has been iffy in the past, taking months to complete anything. They have gotten better though!Property Manager Responded
