Very comfortable for me
June 22, 2025The apartment building is built solid. I never hear any tenets upstairs or down. The floors are very solid, concrete. I moved in a couple plus years ago and don't plan to leave soon. My apartment is pretty quiet and comfortable. The management has been easy to work with and I have no complaints.Property Manager Responded

Perfect Place for me
April 2, 2024Ive lived here for 2 years now. I will stay here. The underground parking is what I like most. I have never had any issues with crime here. I like that there is an elevator and I can walk to stores and restaurants. I am on the 4th floor facing west and love this view. There used to be a different property management company here but now we have a new one and it is so much better. The door from the parking lot is secured now and you have to have a fob to come in. Do Not Rent Here
September 12, 2023DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! This place is not the place to rent. They quote the rent and then when you’re ready to move in, they change the price. They do not honor what they stated. They show they have amenities that don’t exist. For example, covered parking, and then when you ask for a rent adjustment, they refuse. When you move in you find out that the parking hasn’t been available since February 2023. This company neglects to be truthful and honest. Don’t come here.Review from Apartments.com
WAS Our 1st Choice
February 25, 2019The lofts were are 1st choice when looking for a new place recently, so we wanted to set up an appointment to check out the units. Called several times and never got a call back. No one ever even answered the phone. Stopped by the leasing office twice during business hours. No one was there. Went online and submitted a request to schedule an appointment. Never heard back.
