The best place I have found so far!

I would first like to let everyone know that looking for an apartment in this Atlanta market has been very overwhelming at times . Until today as I began to make what I thought was going to be another cold sales call response from another property turned out to be quiet the opposite. When I called Galleria Courtyards today I was extremely delighted to be greeted by the manger Ms. Garcia . She was so helpful with answering all my questions and she even gave me helpful info about the surrounding ...
area activities to indulge in and be apart of in Smyrna. I have not physically been to the property as of yet but I promise the way Lizanca described all the features and details at the courtyards I'm ready to apply over the phone. LOL...super big shout out to Ms. Garcia for her insight and level of customer service it really does make a difference in helping me make such a big decision.

I Live Here! It's HORRIBLE

No Maintenenance is ever done, no matter how severe the problem. You will be evicted or EXCESSIVELY fined at the very first opportunity. The Oven in most units does not do anything more then produce a light warmth. I have a leak in my hallway that went unattended for weeks, STILL LEAKING. NOT TO MENTION THE BLACK MOLD ON THE VENTS CAUSE THEY NEVER CHANGE AIR FILTERS!!!!

the staff is very friendly and informative. they help you with anything you need. the place is kept very clean and the grass is always kept cut and the neighborhood is very quiet and not noisy. they come out to fix anything when ever it isn't working. I would recommend moving here.

Galleria Courtyards, .... mmm,... apartments are not the newest or the most flashy. The best thing about this place, you have real person attention, always with a friendly face. So basically you don't worry about things not working or anything, there is a handyman always on call. The other reason why this is a great place is location. a twenty minute walk from the Galleria Mall and its bus stops, both for Atlanta Metro and for Cobb Co. You don't need your car, if you don't want the traffic. Great ...

Renter beware

Renter beware!!! This was the only place we could fi 2nd that did 2 monthb leases whiile we closed on our house. While I can say the groujnd crew deserves raises the apartments themselves are nasty. There's roaches and they do not spray unless you request to be on the list. People like trash, old furniture and shopping carts outside the trashcan instead of in it. And the grounds crew is out there multiple times a day cleaning it up. The apartments are small and outdated. And the people here ...
drink and party every night of the week. The put up inflatable houses and their kids scream and jump well past midnight. Our short stay was a miserable one and we would have been better off in an extended stay motel.

This place is operated by unprofessional management! The people in the office are rude, unpunctual & unorganized! There are plenty of options for this price with good management, keep looking! The management and maintenance is unbearable....this is a 90% Hispanic population and the property is old. People hit your car and manament does nothing, there is never enough parking, so women beware ..you have to park far at night! Keep looking, Save yourself the energy!

Galleria Courtyards are great! Very quiet neighborhood and everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. Kid-friendly complex with an elementary school right across the street and a park adjacent-to! Cobb County transit stop right across the street also, with a short walk/bike ride to Cumberland Mall! Very inexpensive and the management staff is always friendly and accomodating! Only complaints are thin walls, lack of promptness to a few maintenance concerns, and no washer/dryer in unit nor ...
