I lived at Meridian Mansions for 3 years. When I first moved in , the management was great, friendly, and every complaint was filed and taken care of in less than a week. Once Alphase (or however you spell it) took over, they ruined it. No more background checks, no more complaints being filed, no hot water for MONTHS, and when it finally was back on, you either got scorching hot or freezing cold. There was no heat ALL LAST WINTER and they settled on giving out space heaters if you wanted one. ...

They let people stay for free if they had something to offer. Honestly wouldn’t wish this place on anyone. And they have done it many times, and will continue to keep deposits that deserve to be given back. They’re all about money, and do not care if you’re living comfortably.

Initially we really loved the apartment and the staff. We are 7 months into a one year lease and we are moving. WE HAVEN'T HAD HEAT FOR FOUR MONTHS> their boiler blew up and the story is they have to have it rebuilt OUT OF STATE, it could take up to five weeks, the property owners would supply space heaters in the mean while. LIES LIES LIES...we had to buy our own and still no heat which also means NO A/C !!!! They have a water cooling system if one does not work neither does the other!!!!! ...

We have had four property managers in the past 7 mo. STILL NO REPAIRS...There is a raging DRUG problem here, police are here frequently!!! Don't be surprised to find the meth heads camped in front of your door or following you to your car!!! The upstairs toilet hardware (the original) has rusted and broke for four months this has been on the repairs list it hasn't been fixed either...I have to literally stick my hand in the tank and pull the flapper to flush. We have made numerous repair requests in the office and written requests all to no avail. We did find out though that the first manager upon her termination destroyed a lot of documents, work orders being included. The second or third manager actually STOLE MY RENT CHECKS ALTERED THEM AND CASHED THEM.....and Im being evicted now!!! And YES I have proof I have the canceled checks from the bank with HER NAME ON THEM!!! NOOOOW the Property owner wants to respond to my requests to speak with her!!! On Friday before she actually went into the court house to file on me she just thought she might check with me to see if i would be able to catch up on the rent THAT HER EMPLOYEE STOLE.... Un freaking believable.....SMH I cant even wrap my head around what MY atty intends to file. And it really is too bad because we really like the location and the apartment itself, with the repairs of course....lol

It’s Jan 4th and we still have had no heat all winter long and the leading office does nothing to get it fixed ASAP or compensate thier residents And the maintenance there is a joke I’ve turned in work orders that never get fixed from over 6 months ago

There is a lot of very sketchy people living there and vehicles are constantly getting broken into. You only get one spot to park which is alright if there is just one of you and there is very limited guest parking and it is always full. The showers suck they are constantly switching from ice cold to boiling hot. On top of all that I gave them a 30 days notice paid it completely left the apartment they way I got it and they still found away around giving my deposit back. So ya I would never ...

recommend this place to anyone.

The nice thing about Meridian Mansions parking is that everyone does get their very own FREE COVERED parking! Our staff encourages everyone not to leave valuables in their cars, as doing so can entice break in's. I am sorry to hear that your shower was unpleasant, it sounds like it could have been a quick plumbing fix. I wish we would have known. Deposits are refunded according to several factors including any damages to the unit, cleaning, lease fulfillment. I do know that often refunds are given in full. Each persons situation will be different in that respect. The staff at Meridian Mansions strives to provide the safest and most comfortable environment for our neighbors. Thank your for your review, and for having been our neighbor.

I have lived here for about 2 years never had any problems with staff of any kind the apartments are very clean and relaxing when I need something done the staff come the same day and fix everything right I have never had any issue with rodents or bugs and the neighborhood is great I would recommend these place to everyone
