August 1, 2023Si algo se te rompe, demoran por arreglarlo y tienes que estar contantemente cayéndoles atrás. El condominio cambio de dueño supuestamente dijeron que era para mejor y la piscina estuvo todo el verano cerrada como con los antiguos dueños. Ahora hay una nueva prohibición pues es prohibido hacer BBQ en la propiedad si lo haces te multaran por $ 75. Necesitan mejorar muchas cosas por aquí. Si te vas a rentar asegúrate que te ensenen el departamento antes de firmar porque puedes tener muchas ...sorpresas desagradables. Como un inodoro con un laso puesto en una tapa vieja y lleno de lo que ya sabes..........entre muchas cosas mas. Asegúrate que tu apartamento tenga el descuento de los 500 el primer mes porque es la forma de engancharte y después decirte que tu apartamento no es de los escogidos para el descuento así de sencillo. Estoy muy decepcionada de este condominio pero ya yo no tengo opción pues ya firme el contrato y caí en la trampa y la mentira que te venden. Tu estas a tiempo de no cometer mi mismo error.
