  Living Waters Corporate Housing presents "The Homey Haven". A renovated house that is less than a mile away from all hospitals on Medical Mile! Great extended stay rental for all traveling professionals! All rentals will be a minimum of 30 days. This home is in the heart of Grand Rapids and within walking distance to many top locations! This place has everything you need to make it your temporary home away from home! - IN-UNIT washer and dryer - BRAND NEW appliances Very safe neighborhood with a lot to do in the area. There might be some muffled white noise from the highway that you may hear from time to time. The unit is within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. It is also a hop, skip, and a jump away from the historic 6th St Bridge! All rentals will be a minimum of 30 days. Small dogs are allowed. There is a $149 pet fee and will be charged via the pay request process. There is also an additional $40/mo/pet. This goes towards our cleaner so that we can deep clean the unit after your stay! We want to make it as hypoallergenic as possible for any future guests! There is also a one time $199 cleaning fee.

The kitchen includes dishes, silverware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pots/pans, utensils, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, starter garbage bags, cleaning supplies, rags, towels, oven mitts, leftover containers, a coffee pot, toaster, knives, a cutting board, and coffee. The bathroom includes hand soap, towels, garbage bags, a hair dryer, a first aid kit, and starter toilet paper. Bedding includes a mattress protector and pillow protectors, all washed between each stay. Pets are allowed with a one-time $149 pet cleaning fee and $40/month per pet. Free off-street parking is included. Located in a safe neighborhood with plenty to do nearby, this suite is within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops and a short walk from the historic 6th St Bridge. Public bus stops are close by, and electric scooters and bikes are available for rent nearby. Downtown or any highway is under 5 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the city.
