The Lodge offers five unique fully furnished apartments ( w/ private bath & private kitchen), fully equipped, and perfect for your extended stay. Apartment A offers a private yard with a dog relief area perfect for guests with pets. We are located in the historic neighborhood of Ivywild, we are near downtown, and easily accessible to I-25. There are many restaurants and grocers around us as well. We know it's not always possible to know exactly when you will need to leave. We are very flexible with extensions (as long as there is availability) and no penalty early departures (first 30 days are non refundable). Some important information you'd like to know: Maximum 3 guests per Guest Room RATE 30 night minimum Pet Deposit.......$50.00 (2 max) Call us if you need you're thinking of bringing more pets.
