This cozy gem is located in Congress Park within a beautiful condo building with just four other units. This condo is available for a 12 month+ lease with a move in date of April 1 or May 1 (flexible on move in date). This unique condo is located within walking distance from two grocery stores, numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and bars off of Colfax and near Uptown. Whether you're a student, working professional, or a couple, multiple RTD options are within footsteps of your door. The unit is about a 10 minute drive from downtown Denver, and a few miles from I-70 access to get to the mountains and Denver International Airport. It's also a 2 minute walk to City Park where Jazz in the Park is hosted every Sunday evening in the summer, and a 15 minute walk to Cheesman Park. We're less than a mile from National Jewish Health, ~1.5 miles from St. Joe's Hospital and about a mile from Rose Hospital. The unit includes: modern appliances, hardwood floors, two AC window units, radiant heaters in every room, shared laundry in the basement, cable/internet ready, a large personal storage unit downstairs, & a shared gated courtyard that's accessible from the walk out patio. This is located on the first floor of a 3 story complex with stairs. The unit is located in Congress Park at 1401 Fillmore Street, on the corner of 14th and Fillmore. Our condo is NOT pet friendly. An assigned parking spot is not included, but there's very rarely an issue finding street parking on the Fillmore street block. Tenant will pay for electricity, and cable/internet. Water, trash, & heat are covered by the owner. We will never charge a lease administration fee to our tenants, and we have zero "mandatory fees" tacked on to your base rental rate. Your financial responsibility as a Tenant remains only to pay your deposits, rent and utilities on time (electricity and cable/internet). Trash collection fee, water fee, along with exterior and shared spaces maintenance is not the tenants responsibility.
