We encourage all Guests to take photos prior to moving anything into the Peacock Pad. No third party bookings. *Lease agreement must be signed by and adhered to by both parties. * If Guest/Tenant utilities used exceed pre-determined limits for rental period (outlined in lease agreement), the Owner will contact Guest/Tenant, provide a copy of the bill and request any overage amount. Guest/Tenant agrees to pay that fee(s) to the Host/Owner promptly. Due to the billing cycle, utility bill may be sent to Guest/tenant after departure. *No Parking of RV/boat/ work truck or washing/working on vehicles *Guests must immediately inform Host of dangerous items/malfunctions/ broken items **All local, state, and federal laws must be adhered to by the Guest(s).
