Utilities included Fully Furnished 1 BR (no door) + 1 large Loft + 1 Bathroom w/ large tiled shower Living Room w/ High Vaulted Ceilings TV Dining Area Full Kitchen The space Property Overview: This is our private home property with 3+ separate guest units on 3+ acres, so we, as Hosts, live on site and are here to address any needs and/or issues that may arise. We have an Attached Guesthouse, a Pool Guesthouse, a unit behind the Pool Guesthouse that is 90% complete, our 5th wheel that we sometimes rent and another 5th wheel that our guests from Germany are staying. It's a large property with plenty of space between guests and guest units. You may or may not see our other guests as some don't use the pool and others are off property visiting families, theme parks, etc. Pool and pool area are community, as it's shared with our family of 3 and our other guests that may be staying with us in any of our other units on our property. It's a large property, so I'm always working on projects to make improvements or do the necessary maintenance, including cleaning the pool and pool area, so there are times I may be in the middle of various projects. Look over all of the property photos, in case the esthetics don't match what you're expectations might be. If that is the case, please feel free to cancel your reservation prior to your arrival date. The property is in a secluded, peaceful, quiet, tranquil location, tucked & nestled within an enclave of a few custom homes, situated on a private 3.25 acre estate with 85' high Eucalyptus trees and 20'-40' high giant bamboo clusters, lots of wildlife from Owls & Hawks to so many other species of birds, behind 2 security gates and only 3 to 5 minutes from the 118 freeway and all major conveniences. Hospital: 5 minutes away. Police Dept: 2 minutes Fire Dept.: 2 Grocery Stores: 5 Reagan Library: 15 Movie Theater: 3 Local Mall: 10 Beaches: 40 Our guest units are the perfect getaway place, close enough to get to any LA city event within an hour, while relaxing in a California country setting, away from the hustle and bustle. This is our guest house attached to our main house. It's apprx. 1,300 sf, with 1 bedroom on the main floor w/ King bed, new flooring, Spiral staircase leads to the spacious Loft (2nd bedroom) which has 2 queen mattresses, 1 twin bed and can add extra beds if needed. Large living room with high vaulted ceilings, 65" TV, 3/4 bathroom w/ large tiled shower-Sink-Toilet combination, dining area & full kitchen with gas oven/range stove, Keurig, Microwave and a full-size fridge. Pet friendly for dogs...see Pet Fee. There are lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun, a pavilion with ping pong table and BOX HOCKEY game, up at the pool area. This Guest Suite/Apartment attached to our main home is about a 150'-200' walk to the pool. The property boasts a very Large, Fun Pool that used to be an HOA pool serving 50-100, so there is plenty of room between guests and some don't use the Pool and Pavilion Area. It's 60' long x 40' wide (3.5' deep in shallow end, 10' deep & 20' wide at deep end) and a 21' diameter/18" deep kiddie pool. (*Pools are not heated and usually drained for the winter from October thru May, depending on the weather.) Under the Pavilion there's a Ping Pong Table & BOX HOCKEY Game. Other activities include pool basketball, lounge chairs, ping-pong, BOX HOCKEY game. If there's anything that you might need, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you, if we can. Let us know if you have questions about bringing a pet. *POOL IS EMPTY/CLOSED FROM MID- OCTOBER THROUGH LATE MAY. *Jacuzzi/spa on site does not work and is not included as an amenity. Guest access Guests have use of the back patio of Attached Guesthouse and share the pool and pool area with owner and other guests. Other things to note There is wifi and ethernet connection. If there's anything that you might need that's not in the guest house, let us know and we will accommodate you if we can.
