Open floor plan living/dining area/kitchen leads through sliding glass doors to a completely fenced in private lush tropical backyard paradise with outdoor dining area and spacious 7-person hot tub. Grill & dine al fresco on the backyard patio or enjoy the screened-in lanai living area perfect for reading & lounging. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with stainless steal appliances, quartz countertops, drip coffee maker, microwave, pots/pans, & kitchen essentials. The Living Room/Dining Area houses a lux leather sofa to fit the whole family & 65-inch 4K UHD Smart Roku TV and a large farm table for 6+ guests to enjoy a meal or game night.
