Community has 3 pools, tennis, basketball, pickle ball and volleyball courts. Children's playground. Private boat ramp, docks, boat and kayak storage which is limited and would have to go through community office to see availability. Around the corner from Aldi's grocery store, Panera and lots more restaurants. I-95 and Florida turnpike are minutes away.
