Any additional guests must be approved in advance; unauthorized extra guests will incur a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee. Smoking indoors incurs a $250 fee and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. A $250 fee will be applied if charcoal is used in a propane grill. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee per pet. Excessive dirty dishes will incur a $50 fee.
