Additional storage is available with pull down stair access to storage above garage. This house is situated in the highly sought after St. James school district. Small dog (under 20 pounds) or cat would be allowed with Landlord written approval and separate $250 non refundable pet deposit. Pet restriction applies and certain breeds are not permitted. There will be no smoking allowed in the home (outside only). Applicants must submit an application including basic background check, income verification and rental history. Minimum credit score of 670 is required. Renters insurance is required. A $2,400 refundable deposit is required.
