Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, Keurig machine, free high-speed internet, and a 55” smart Roku TV. The three-quarter bath includes all toiletries and a hair dryer. Extra bedding, an ironing board, and a twin-size air mattress are stored in the hall closet. The apartment has individual climate controls for heat and AC in the living room and primary bedroom to ensure your personal comfort during your stay. There is a separate coin-operated laundry room for your use. The unit includes one reserved parking space at the rear of the building. Downtown Littleton is brimming with restaurants, taverns, pubs, a beer garden, boutiques, a day spa, unique retailers, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors. Shop and dine, or enjoy a live stage performance at the Performing Arts Theater just a few steps away. The building is close to bike trails along the South Platte River, the Light Rail Station, and the RTD bus route. The vibe of the neighborhood is described as quaint and charming with many locally owned businesses. The C & D Lines of the RTD light rail system have a station located one block south of Main Street. You'll be within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants! This is a shared building with other short-term and long-term tenants, so you may hear light pedestrian and car traffic during the day and early evening hours. Smoking of any kind in the apartment incurs a $350 fee to cover all costs to clean and restore the apartment. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee in each instance, plus all costs to clean and restore the apartment. Unpermitted guests incur a $200 fee per guest per night.
