The apartment has individual climate controls for heat and AC in the living room and primary bedroom for your personal comfort. There is a separate coin-operated laundry room for your use. One reserved parking space is available at the rear of the building. Access to the unit is via a secured entrance on the west side of the building. Downtown Littleton is a vibrant area brimming with restaurants, taverns, pubs, boutiques, a day spa, unique retailers, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors.
