Please close umbrellas when not in use and shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning it. Turn off all lights when not in the house. The A/C can be set as low as 72 degrees; keep all sliders and windows closed while running the A/C to prevent freezing. Please leave ceiling fans running at all times if possible. Clean the dryer lint vent after use and load and run the dishwasher upon check out. Dogs are not allowed in the pool as pet hair can clog the filter. The pool heat is set to 85 degrees and will heat when the filter is running, which is automated daily from 10 am to 8 pm. A pool fence for added security for kids and/or pets is available in the garage. The pool is serviced weekly, and landscapers are on the premises weekly.
