Paid add-ons include access to the clubhouse amenities: a boat ramp with easy access to Naples Bay, the Gulf, and Keewaydin Island, a playground, pickleball courts (4 rackets in the garage), a tennis court (equipment not included), a basketball court (basketball in the garage), and a shuffleboard court (equipment not included). Conveniently located just minutes from the beach, this home provides easy access to white sand and turquoise waters. Downtown Naples, 5th Ave, The Pier, Vanderbilt Beach, and Mercato are a short drive away, offering access to premier beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. Please close umbrellas when not in use and shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning it. Turn off all lights when leaving the house. The A/C can be set as low as 72 degrees; keep sliders and windows closed while running the A/C to prevent freezing. Leave ceiling fans running at all times if possible. Clean the dryer lint vent after use and load and run the dishwasher upon check-out. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. The pool heat is set to 85 degrees and will heat when the filter is running, which is scheduled daily from 10 am - 8 pm. A pool fence for added security for kids and/or pets is available in the garage. The pool is serviced weekly every Tuesday, and landscapers are on the premises every Monday.
