The location is extremely convenient, with a short drive to downtown Pensacola, the beach, and other scenic spots. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees will be charged for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). There is a 3 vehicle maximum. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed at the property. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late check-out fee. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property.
