Large double-hung windows let in an abundance of light in all of the rooms, and the screened porch provides comfortable outdoor living space. Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away. Amenities include cardio equipment, weights, group classes, and swimming. A 7-day pass is $50. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or outside the home or building. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced.
