Off of the kitchen, a dining area seats six. The large living room features upholstered furniture for comfortable seating and a flatscreen television for entertainment. Enjoy 400-thread-count linens and thick Egyptian cotton towels. Each bedroom has a generous closet and a television. Stainless appliances with granite countertops, new heating and cooling systems, and plumbing provide modern amenities, while the original refinished hardwoods, bathroom tile, graceful arched doorways, and 2-panel doors provide the charm so often absent in new construction. Large double-hung windows let in an abundance of light in all of the rooms, and the screened porch provides comfortable outdoor living space.
