Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm - 8am. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels.
