This apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. You can relax by the public resort-style pool or get a workout in at the fitness center. Power on the TV with access to Netflix for entertainment. The spacious king bed ensures a great night's sleep. EV chargers are available and free public parking spaces are provided, but please only park in spaces that are NOT reserved. Parking passes will be provided and must be displayed on your car to avoid towing. Located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and Sherman Town Center. The complex enforces a strict no-parties and no-smoking policy. Devices are in place to detect smoking or parties, and tampering with these devices will result in a $150 fine. If a party is thrown, the space is trashed, the unit is damaged, or there is a gathering with extra guests not reported in the initial booking, you will be fined $200. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed 2 bags of trash; each bag over that is a $25 charge. Pets are not allowed, and there is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. If a key or key fob is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $50 fee for a new gate key fob or unit entry key fob. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and require prior approval and payment. Late checkouts without approval will result in an automatic charge for the next night's stay. The pool hours are 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily. Guests are responsible for their own safety as there is no lifeguard on duty. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Proper swim attire is required, and diving, running, or rough play is prohibited. No pets or loud music are allowed in the pool area. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
