All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. The unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
