Access to priority parking lot across the street on a first-come, first serve basis. One of the bedrooms is open-concept (no doors). March must be booked with February. Checkout of March 26, 2027 is required for March stays. All room rates are quoted per month, per room. Room rentals of 90 days or longer are exempt from sales tax and are provided via a refund after checkout.
