This apartment features a spacious living room with sliding doors leading to the balcony and a kitchenette with all essentials and wood cabinets. Enjoy access to an outdoor pool, a lazy river, and a whirlpool, as well as 700 ft of oceanfront beach. Free off-street parking is available with one space per unit. A few spaces are available in front of the building, and the parking garage is across from the building. Extra housekeeping is available for $95 a day, with 48-hour notice. Upgraded internet is available. Take a short walk to the famous boardwalk on the ocean, Starbucks, McDonald's, and River City Restaurant. Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Dragon's Lair at Broadway at the Beach, Jurassic Golf, Jungle Safari, Captain Hook's Adventure courses, Nascar SpeedPark, Brookgreen Gardens, and Championship Golf are also nearby. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens.
