The spacious yard is perfect for kids and pets to play. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, and there is a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery, and the guest is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee for domestic shipping only. Centrally located, this home keeps you close to everything Pensacola has to offer, just minutes from downtown, local shops, dining, and the beach. With its freshly remodeled interior, you’ll enjoy modern comfort in a convenient setting. The location is extremely convenient, with a short drive to downtown Pensacola, the beach, and other scenic spots. While the neighborhood is safe, it does lack charm and isn’t the most walkable or visually appealing area. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Additional fees apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). There is a 3 vehicle maximum. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed at our property. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property.
