The neighborhood is safe and centrally located, offering convenient access to downtown, local shops, dining, and the beach. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, and you must pick up after your pet in the yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors. Evidence of pets on furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed.
