Complimentary coffee is also provided. Enjoy access to Tempe Town Lake amenities, the pool with spa cabanas and fire pits, and the luxury fitness center. Stunning lakefront views are exclusively available from the club room. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, or garage parking is available for $5 per day if the free surface lot is full or if you desire garage parking. Located on Town Lake River in Tempe, Arizona, this apartment is near the Mill Avenue District, a local hotspot for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Situated just 11 miles outside of Phoenix and 4 miles outside of Scottsdale, Tempe is a vibrant city with beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves such as the Hayden Butte Preserve. You can also enjoy close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be charged based on stay length. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
