I read the reviews prior to move in but stupid for not trusting them. I figured people just write bad reviews this place seemed good. Well the reviews that give one star are spot on. This place is awful!! No one is ever available in the office they may as well not have an office. Things are breaking in my apartment and I can't get anything fixed. I have been without a washer/dryer since move in. My 2nd bathroom can't be used and i have roaches ever since move in. Gross!!! My neighbors say it ...

0 wasn't an option! This place has gone from okay to horrifying. Managment changes every few months. They get a manager then they leave. Just got bad! Maintenance doesn't do a good job if he shows up at all it's never done completely. Drugs all over the property neighbor's get high on the porch. Cops here all the time. Go to the next place if you want to enjoy what you come home to after school or work. I cant wait for my lease to be done I'm out!

The management is non existent !! there is no lighting in the parking lot and walkways, it has been out for months. The pool and hot tub is constantly broken or green. The fountain has been drained for months, they only have 1 maintenance guy and he cant fix anything !! the orders for repairs are months behind. The price is not worth the lack of safety, security or management (or none that is there) when you leave it takes again months to get your deposit back, if at all. The location is the only ...

The price/location is great and the apartment itself is nice, but the management is terrible. Office hours are only on weekdays until 5/5:30 (depending on the day, sometimes they just leave early) so it is hard to contact them if you have a weekday job. They are not great at returning phone calls either. Also, good luck getting back your security deposit. They do not keep records of everything and are incredibly disorganized.

When I was looking for an apartment, this complex stood out to me because of it's prime location and reasonable rent. I've lived here for about a year and a half, now, and I can truly say it's one of the cleanest, reasonable complexes out there. The owners are so understanding and just all together down to earth people. Now, the fact that it's located about a mile away from one of the best concert venues in Arizona is just like a cherry on top.
