Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. One pet is allowed for an additional $100 fee, and the pet should not be more than 30 lbs. Free parking is available on the premises and free street parking is also available. This home is less than four blocks away from the famous Congress Avenue in Austin, TX. The location grants you easy access to the city's renowned attractions, live music venues, eclectic dining scene, and outdoor adventures. Whether you're here for the music festivals, the delicious barbecue, or the vibrant arts scene, you'll be just a stone's throw away from it all. The area provides many ways to get around Austin, whether it is a rideshare, electric scooter, bicycle, or personal vehicle, all are welcome and readily available. The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesday for this property, so please do not place any trash bags into compost or recycling. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
