Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. One pet is allowed for an additional $100 fee and should not be more than 30 lbs. The area provides many ways to get around Austin, whether it is a rideshare, electric scooter, bicycle, or personal vehicle. If you need to use the hard key, place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Landscaping is scheduled for the 15th and 28th of the month, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September, and they’re completely harmless, though they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, proactive measures are taken to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings.
