Residents are responsible for disposing of trash and recycling in designated dumpsters. Check-in is after 4pm, and the apartment is accessed via a smart lock using the last 4 digits of your phone number as the code. A laundry card is provided for the laundry room and must be left in the same spot upon check-out or a replacement fee will be charged. The first month's payment must be received before check-in is allowed. Annual preventive maintenance may require access to the unit with advance notice, and emergency maintenance may require entry if urgent repairs are needed and the guest cannot be reached.
