The back yard houses two sheds for additional storage, as well as a dog pen. Both yards are xeriscaped! There is a large 1-car garage with built-in shelving. Tenant pays all utilities and trash. This home does not have A/C. The property will allow 2 pets, cats and small dogs. Pets must be 12 months and older. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets need to be up to date on their shot records. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11 month lease term.
