The camper/RV features a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, ice maker, dishes, silverware, cookware, and a BBQ grill with utensils and outdoor kitchen. Enjoy indoor comfort with an electric fireplace and smart TV. For outdoor fun, there's a firepit, patio seating, cornhole and other outdoor games. Guests can bring up to 2 pets with advance notification and a fee of $100 per pet per stay. The neighborhood is great for families or groups and provides a peaceful backdrop for your glamping experience. A car is recommended for exploring nearby parks, beaches, trails, and local attractions. The property offers a peaceful and private glamping setting while keeping you close to outdoor adventures and entertainment in the surrounding area. There may be another guest staying in a separate, fully fenced area of the property, ensuring privacy while sharing the space. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside the rental, a $250 penalty will be charged.
