The resort fee of $22.40 per day includes 10 wristbands. Located just off I-4 and I-192, you’re a short drive from Disney World and other major Orlando attractions. The Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes away. The Regal Palms Resort Orlando offers a quiet retreat next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the premises, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure.
