One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors.
