This home features a comfy living area, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, a free washer/dryer, a private pool with the option to add heat, a game room with a pool table, and outdoor pool loungers. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. Relax and cozy up in the spacious family room equipped with a flat screen TV and ample seating that will accommodate the whole family. Indulge in the luxury of a private pool and hot tub in your own backyard while soaking up the Florida sun. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are not to be missed. Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. It's a 25-minute drive from Disney, 30 minutes away from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. Kissimmee Station is a 22 min drive and Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) is a 27 min drive. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 4 cars may park in the driveway. There are additional parking spots on the street next to the home (these are not reserved for the home and we cannot guarantee their availability). Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. Our grills are propane grills, please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot promise there will be propane in the tank upon arrival so please plan accordingly. [SI]
