Nestled in a peaceful and tranquil neighborhood, this home offers the best of both worlds: serenity and convenience. Located just a short five-minute drive away, you'll find a variety of restaurants, allowing you to indulge in delicious meals without venturing too far from home. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately, and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard.
