This “jack and jill” bathroom can be assessed from either bedroom. Both bedrooms are larger than average and offer amble closest space. Both closets make up an entire wall of each bedroom. The condo comes with natural gas heat, hot water and central air! The tenant is responsible for electric, gas, and water. Owner pays the condo fee. Snow removal, landscaping, and trash are included. Only a one-month security deposit with a strong application. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. There is a strict background check that focuses heavily on credit. A minimum score of 675 is required. Lastly, the location is super convenient being walking distance from Bloomfield center and Wintonbury Mall shops.
